Huawei chief financial officer arrested




Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou has been arrested, a media report says that in Canada. Her extradition is looming in the USA. The arrest is in connection with alleged violations of U.S. sanctions.

Meng Wanzhou, the Executive Board Chairman of Huawei and the daughter of company founder Ren Zhengfei, was arrested in Canada. The “Guardian” reported. The canadian justice miniserium confirmed the arrest to the newspaper, but refused further comment.

Apparently, Wanzhou was already on 1. December arrested. The delivery is threatening to the United States. The basic infringements of Huawei against US should be sanctions.
